Currently home surveys will only be undertaken on Thursday mornings and site visits on Thursday early afternoons in York. Prior to an assessment you will be asked to provide plans of your home and at least one year's worth of energy bills. This is to allow our assessor to pre-populate key parts of our assessment tool and make the site survey a smoother experience.
